Itinerary：

Day 01:Arrival in Chengdu

We will go to pick you at the ShuangLiu International Airport, and we send to the hotel.You will spend a comfortable night in chengdu and get full rest for the next-day tour. We recommend you to go to have a taste of chengdu snacks,and after that,you can go to watch the Sichuan Opera,a tradditional Chinese Opera.

Day 02:Chengdu/Lhasa

Meet at Chengdu Airport in the morning. Fly to Lhasa. Arriving at Lhasa Gongar Airport, meet local guide and transferred to Lhasa city,  Check in and have a good rest,overnight in Lhasa.

Day 03: Sightseeing in Lhasa city

After breakfast, drive to visit the wonder of the world - Potala Palace.After lunch ,visit Jokhang Temple and Barkhore Street, overnight in Lhasa.

Day04: Lhasa/Yangbache hot-spring/Lhasa

Day tour to Yangpachen, which is the biggest natural wet-steamed geothermic field with high temperature. You can have hot-spring there,and also you can still see Nyenchen Thanglha Range.Back to Lhasa in the afternoon. overnight in Lhasa .

Day05: Lhasa /Shigatse

Through vastness of the Tibetan Plateau, past the Lake Yamdrok which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet.Then drive to Shigatse ,enjoy the beautiful sightseeing along the road.Overnight in Shigatse.

Day6: Shigatse/Lumpu Monastery/Lhasa

visit the Tashi Lumpu Monastery which was Built in1447 by the first Dalai Lama in the morning, After lunch ,drive back to Lhasa .Overnight in Lhasa city.

Day7: Lhasa / Chengdu

Transferred to the airport and fly back to Chengdu. We will send you to the ShuangLiu International Airport in the evening. End the trip.

Departure date: The flight is Every Monday,Thursday and Satday from chengdu to lhasa.

1.Overseas tourists recruit this routes ,which 'll provide your correct name ,gender, vocation(journalists and diplomats are forbidden to travel in tibet),nationality ,passport number for us so as to apply for TTP (tibet travel permit) in advance .
2.Taiwanese tourists must fax your copy of  Taiwanese compatriots'  identification certificate one week in advance and please write down your vocation as the first tip in order to benefit us to apply for   TTP.

Special Notice :
 1.Before travel to tibet , you should have good psychological quality towards conquer altitude stress and be in optimistic emotion ,and finally build up firm confidence. please keep a good rest before tibet tour. High blooded , heart_diseased people 're forbidden to enter into Tibet. please bring your sunglasses ,sun blocking cream and lip pomade and normal medicines .when you enter into Tibet ,almost everyone has altitude striss, such as headache ,hard to breathe, vomit , insomnia,which 'll be release gradually after one or two days ,then disappear . please bring about your camera and other personal things for use .
2. During the trip:
   please drink more milk ,butter tea ,eat more beef and mutton so as to strenthen your body against altitude stress. you can get rid of wine and smokes during this trip . Eat more vegetables in stead of  eat too much so as to relieve the burden of your stomache .please wear more and board clothes and pay attention to respect the tibetan people's cultures and customs when you go there .Tibet is a special region for all of us .
3 .instructions
   foreigners and Taiwanese people should apply TTP and give us the copies in advance .if the trip suffers from the reason of force majeure, such as landslide ,snowslide , mud-rock flow, flood ,those of kinds of natural calamities or the delay&cancel of airlines ,which cause the trip to go through disorderly and arouse addtional fees ,according to Tourism Bureau, our agency won't burden those responsibilities . if you cancel the trip or leave it in advanced using your tour time , our agency regard your action as get rid of it automotive owing to your own reasons , the cost won't return back to you . Tibet is a special ethnic region in china ,so be in  harmony  with Tibetan people and respect their cultures and customs. don't mention about the religious problems and political things with them.
